Antics Creative Enterprises Community Projects include:

• Wee Antics:
A multi-disciplinary arts programme for
3-5year olds using storytelling, music, dance and art.

• Street Antics:
A Hip-Hop and Commercial Street Dance Programme tailored to suit any age.

• World Dance Antics:
A fun taster of various dance styles from around the world for any age group.

• Dance Parties:
Book your child a bespoke dance party here; it will be tailor-made for him or her!

• Dance Leadership:
Leadership tuition in dance for teenagers 14 years and older.

• Promotional Work:
Promote your event with Antics dancers! Antics Creative Enterprises has been commissioned to deliver various Community Projects for a number of clients.

Promotional Contracts

• Scottish Parliament, the Opening of the Fourth Session of Parliament 2011, Riding Parade:
Recruitment and management of dancers for performance purposes. Collaboration with Bridgeman Arts and Fly Arts.

• Commonwealth Games 2014 Promotion - West End Festival 2011: 16 Rhythmic Gymnasts & 7 Dancers – site-specific and themed choreography provision as well as costume, art work and co-ordinating duties.

• Commonwealth Games 2014 Handover Ceremony:
Working with choreographer Ruth Mills to devise dance for the Commonwealth Games Handover Ceremony in George’s Square Glasgow, October 2010.

• East Dunbartonshire Council:
Arts and Events Service; Active Schools; Creative Links Programme – tailor-made dance initiatives for all ages.

• Glasgow City Council:
RFC Ready 2 Learn; Active Schools; Glasgowlife – Dance Leadership tutoring and client-centred dance programmes.

Community Contracts:

• The Good Shepherd Secure Unit:
Themed dance and arts work including set design, choreography and video production.

• Linkes Project:
Refugee Week project - art and dance sessions provided.

• Lennoxtown Initiative:
11-16 year olds dance programme to enhance fitness, confidence and social integration.

• Urbaniks:
Hip-Hop dance sessions provided for Scottish Dance Teachers Alliance, Culture and Sport Glasgow (now Glasgowlife), and Ankur Productions.

• Dance Republic:
Hip-Hop dance coaching sessions in Lenzie, Mingavie and Old Kilpatrick, with an end of year performance at the S.E.C.C. and/or the Theatre Royal.

Dance Performance Contracts:

Antics Creative Enterprises has collaborated with many dance performance groups such as, the Flyin' Jalapenos and the Indie B Jewels, to create Hip-Hop Dance Theatre performances for events such as the Breakin' Convention Tour, held annually at the Edinburgh Festival Theatre.
